Imagine being tied to a giant catapult, thrusting in to the sky with such force that you go flinging towards a forest full of burning trees, blackened smoke filling the atmosphere, sparks of debris flying out... a crowd watching you from 50ft away, some taunting, some throwing sticks n stones at you, some staring solemnly... the subject of humiliation in front of your entire family, friends, neighbours... folks u grew up with hating on you, scolding, darkened faces... There you see your dad utterly dissapointed in you. Someone like Ibrahim AS whose heart was bigger than the ocean would surely have overwhelming pain filled in it due to his mistreatment. Yet, he is on the straight path, his tawakkul in Allah second to none at the time. He truly deserves the title of khalil.

Later the Romans liked the way Christians fought in battle because they were not afraid of death, so they adopted Christianity for their own evil purpose which was to get their solders to fight better. Mohammad saw the spread of Christianity and didn't want it to infect his people, so he invented Islam and the Quran, and called his god 'Allah'. The name 'Allah' was taken from the name of the old Pagan Moon God 'Al Lah'.

Imam Ahlu Tawheed(Leader of Monotheism), Khaleelullah(Friend of Allah), Imamu Anbiya(Co-Leader of Prophets together with Prophet Muhammad pbuh), Abu Dayfan(Welcomer of Guests), Ibrahim aleyhi salaam was inspiration to all. I am a woman from South Africa, now living in Eswatini. I have had a calling upon my life since I was little and asked myself what am I supposed to do here on earth. I know I am sent, but for what? I was born from a Christian mother and a Muslim father. I was born Muslim, and my mom converted when I was 4. My Muslim family wasn't so nice towards me and my siblings because we looked different from my fathers side of the family. I loved God but didn't like being Muslim because of how they treated us. So I was raised in a Christian household still practicing Islam. At the age of 18 I contemplated becoming Christian because my Christian family showed me love, and I related God to that love and acceptance I received from them. J got married to a christian man and had a child. After a year I met a friend who was so kind and loving, and she went to church, and I was drowned to that and wanted to know this God she is worshiping. I loved it because my goal was to have a relationship with God. I soon realise that not all Christians are like that, and even my husband didn't go to church and seek God. This made me think about a lot of things. I even researched about other religions because I had this urge to be close to God. I got lost and backside from my spirituality. I have recently had this strong urge to seek and know God again. I want something to keep on the path to seeking God and the name of Allah have mean on my hearth and mind. Ironically my maiden surname is Abrahams and that gives me the belonging to the tribe and decendance of Nabi Abraham. I am Abraham's...and I have this strong feeling that the reason why I so strongly feel connected to both religions is because of Abraham's children Isaac and Ismail. After watching this, I know now why I have been seeking a path that is narrow and can lead me to Allah. The religion of Islam is a very narrow path that allows you to have that constant connection with your creator. I am still married, and I am the main source who's been teaching my children about God . Recently, my daughter had been talking about being a Muslim, and I feel if I want to raise children to have a strong relationship with Allah , I will have to make that change within me. I have always longed for this deep relation, and I think now is the time. Shukran, for the way you tell this story, not just in the direction of a religious point of view but telling me where I really come from and why this strong longing to be close to Allah comes from...Nabi Abraham! Subahanallah!
