These fearless great men have stood up and done for the country what other corrupted leaders have failed to do. There’s no way a continent with so much abundance should have food insecurity, infrastructure that looks like it hasn’t had attention since 1900 and most of all poor people. My people in Africa should be amongst the richest people in the world. I am happy that the Egyptian led government has joined in the support of the AES. Though I don't see any benefit for access to the sea from Egypt it is reassuring to know that Egypt will be on our side when the AU or ECOWAS start their attack on the AES. However, Egypt needs to join in the fight for a pan Africanism. Nasser was an advocate in the 1960's. There would be no need to be talking about north africa, nor ECOWAS not even East African Community. We want one africa led by advocates of internal independent development, not advocates of raw material export of african wealth.

Apart from countries rather choosing to do what is necessary to join them, the continent and regional blocs will remain multinational zones. Please turn it into a Confederation (Alliance) of African States with a Common Currency, Common Defence Pact, Common Foreign Policy open to all African Nations to join if they want. However, each Nation is sovereign to govern as it wants.
