Jean-Pierre Adams for the wall of fame! He is a french-african player who played for Nice, PSG and the French International team, when undergoing a routine knee operation he fell into a coma from the anesthetic and to this day is still in that coma for 35 YEARS. It's a tragedy that almost nobody even knows about him, including myself until recently. Everyone should remember his name.

Ibra has made every club he played at better. He won the Dutch League twice. He won the Italian League 3 times with Inter and 1 time with AC Milan. He won the Spanish League with Barca. And he won the French League with PSG last season, which they probably wouldn't have won without him. Beside that he won the cup in each of those countries and a couple of Super Cups. Maybe Ronaldo could achieve anything like that, when he'd play for other clubs in other countries, but I have serious doubts that Messi could achieve anything like it if he wasn't surrounded by all of those superstars! Zlatan Ibrahimovic is in my eyes.. The best player in the world! And I even think Zlatan should be on the wall of fame for everything that he achieved already!

Just a suggestion for Eli Mangem's Derby Days, since Eli is from Australia, it would be grand if he could do one episode from his homeland! Although it could be difficult travel wise and fixture wise (since the next set of these derbies are in October later this year), I'd like to see him watch either the Melbourne Derby (Melbourne Heart vs Melbourne Victory), or the Sydney Derby (Western Sydney vs Sydney). The two derbies stated are actually quite hostile, and it would give many people who haven't seen the A-League a new perspective on football!

Zlatan have scored 22 goals in 25 games. Compare that to Cavani (13/21) and Falcao (9/17). People were saying that Falcao was the best striker in the world when he was at Atletico Madrid. Now he's in the same league as Ibrahimovic and Cavani and he's scoring less goals. Of course PSG is better, but the difference between him and Ibrahimovic is huge. The French league is not completely rubbish when it comes to defense. Also, Ibra has 9 assists in those games. A number which would be a lot higher if the other players could convert their chances he's giving them. In the CL, he have scored 10 goals in 6 matches. It's not against the toughest opponents, but it's still something very few have achieved.

The clubs represented in their starting eleven were: Real Madrid (3 players), Valencia (2), Fenerbahce (2), Monaco, Sporting Lisbon, Dinamo Kiev, and Manchester United. Sweden: Norwich (2), Kasimpasa, Celtic, Nurnberg, Bologna, Sunderland, CSKA Moscow, Spartak Moscow, Fulham, and PSG. The only one who is a top player in his club, except for Zlatan, is our goalie, Andreas Isaksson.

Lewa has no class. Not even close to Ibra, Ibra has everything. He is arrogant(in a good way), has great skills for such a tall guy and he scores the most amazing goals. Suarez is more of a hard worker. Messi would definitely score as much as Ibra.

Poet is talking about the teams not the players. In the BPL teams like Everton are able to beat teams like Man City. Whereas in Ligue 1, BBVA, Serie A or the Bundesliga it's easy to make a prediction of who will win. Say if you take our 4th placed team to play any of those other 4th placed teams, ours would win. Take our 7th placed, I can almost guarantee the BPL would win.

Poet needs to do his Ibra research... I know I'm like two years too late. But still. Ibra has scored 122 goals in Seria A (allegedly the hardest league to score in) within 219 games, which is over a goal a game. The 2006/07 season was the last time in which he scored less than 21 goals in a season. He's not had one season where he's scored any less than 21 goals since. That's a good record all around, considering hes kept that going for 9 seasons.

@darkjetstar10 жыл бұрын
Isaac Newton Ronaldo isn't on Maradonas level. Maradona along with Ronaldhino and Brazilian Ronaldo were the originals that showed all of these new players how it's done. Like Messi for example, Ronaldhino and him played on Barca for some time, Messi looked up to him and even picked up a few if not most of his skills. Ronaldhino did a lot of things Maradona did. Even Neymar does a few Ronaldhino tricks. Ronaldo is good, but not on their level just yet (Messi fan)

Zlatan is a really good player, but fairly damn overrated sorry to say. Same with Messi. Completely unproven in terms of performing in the best league in the world (Premier League). When they come to the premier league and do what Ronaldo did, van Persie has done the last 2 or 3 seasons, or what Suarez and Aguero are doing now...only then will I concede and say they are worth all they are made up to be.

How ignorant. Okay the PL is the best league but Ibra is good enough for it. The problem with when players move from club to club, league to league they need to adapt the style. Ibra doesn't know what adaptation is. He is on a level that he doesn't need to adapt for every switch he makes. By saying Ibra is to overrated compared to the PL you make the PL seem overrated.
