OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
1. Seat the silicone washer below the milk container, as shown.
2. Insert the milk container inside the empty water tank of the machine. Rotate the container in clockwise direction and ensure container is fully tight.
3. Place the SS filter plate inside the container.
4. Ensure the re-use/drain valve is fully closed.
5. Use funnel and fill the outer jacket with water up to the max level.
6. Pour required amount of milk and/or water. Close the container by seating the lid on the top of it.
Note: Model number 111513 has been designed to brew maximum 5L Model number 111514 has been designed to brew maximum 9L
7. Switch on the machine. As soon as the machine gets power, red indicator will glow.
8. To start the brewing process set the temperature at 90’C. Wait until it reaches the set temperature. Note: While heating green indicator will glow.
9. Add required amount of tea powder in the tea basket.
10. Once the set temperature reached, Remove the lid & dip the basket slowly inside the container.
11. After basket is fully dipped, seat the lid on top of it and set the timer to the required boiling time. White LED will start glowing at this point.
12. Once the set time is completed, the timer ends and the white LED stops glowing. This indicates end of brewing process. Now remove the basket slowly.
13. Now chai is ready, you can start to dispense.
CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS
1. Switch off the machine.
2. Fully drain out the remaining chai and remove the SS filter from inside the container.
3. Take out some hot water from the hot water tank and pour it into the milk container. Drain out the milk container once again.
4. Open re-use/drain valve to drain out the hot water from the machine.
5. To remove the milk container rotate in anti-clockwise direction.
6. Wash the container & SS filter with suitable detergent and wipe it dry.
7. Clean the chai dispensing pipe & tap to avoid blockage.
8. To clean the tea filter basket, discard the tea leaves and wash the filter basket thoroughly.
9. To remove/fit the filter basket to the SS part of the tea basket turns it anti-clockwise/clockwise.
10. You may wash the filter basket & the SS part of the tea basket separately as well.
