सर जी नमस्कार सर जी मैं आपका सभी वीडियो को देखता हूँ।आप बहुत ही अच्छा बीमारियों को समझाते हो , आवाज में अभी भी कट हो रहा हैं । सर जी मुझे 6 महीनों से पेट मे पाचन क्रिया से सम्बंधित परेशानी रहता हैं ,और कब्जियत रहता हैं ,जबकि मैं शाकाहारी हूं और तेल वाला भोजन भी नही करता हूं इस पाचन क्रिया के कारण की परेशानी के कारण गुदा द्वार में परेशानी रहता और गुदा द्वार में लेट्रिन के समय अंदर का माँस बाहर आ जाता हैं और बहुत दर्द रहता हैं । कई लोग इसे बवासीर कह रहे है ,जबकि मैं एंडोस्कोपी और सोनोग्राफी भी कराया और डॉ से दवाई खाने के बाद कुछ दिनों तक राहत महसूस हुआ उसके बाद फिर से दर्द चालू हो गया । सर जी लेट्रिन बिल्कुल काला सा और चिपचिपा रहता हैं, और मेरा उम्र 25 वर्ष है और वजन 52 किलो हैं ,सर जी मुझे एंडोस्कोपी और सोनोग्राफी में 6 हजार लग गया हैं।मेरे पास इतने पैसे भी नही हैं कि मैं और इलाज करा सकूँ जहां मैं इलाज कराने गया था वह रायपुर (C.G.) था मेरे गाँव से 150 किलोमीटर हैं ।आप इसका कोई उपाय और दवाई बताइये।

Dear Friends I was suffering from this problem. Daily I used to go toilet 5-6 times. One very very simple remedy has helped me. Start taking 1-2 tea cup of boiled rice water with half tea spoon sugar . It's especially helpful for all those who are having loose stool. This is wonderful cost effective treatment.
