Guys, look at the colors. They're both the main climber colors. Nana being the orange main when popo should be light blue and popo being the green main when nana should be the yellow. They just killed their secondary climbers. It's just two players. Still a fun video.

The wind blew one of the Ice Climbers away (Nana) while the other (Popo) wavedashed quickly to make sure that Nana didn't move. So basically, TAS.

Isn't their leg amputation a part of the original canon. It was supposed to help with dealing with space travel at high speeds? Early star fox artwork depicted them with obviously mechanical legs.

Well this is a TAS demonstrating the legit strategy of desyncing the ice climbers to control both of them, but taken to super-human levels.

I'm seeing some arguments as to whether or not this is 'legit'. I vote that, from now on, all ICs TAS vids begin or end with up-b to show it actually is 1 ICs

The costume colours are wrong, there is no Nana costume that's red or green. They're two different Ice Climbers without Nana.

One is Nana one is Popo, however they're both the primary climber since they switch depending on the alt.

in your link you mentioned that some of these things were impossible. Are you saying that a human player cannot do these things or that a human player is unlikely to do these things because it requires frame perfect timing or something?

iskremape I knew it's 3 years later but no one could do this with Ice climbers, this is a tas and they're both popo, so it's not possible. They're two separate ice climbers.

This is fake. Green Popo has a yellow Nana in melee and two of the ICs color choices has you play as Nana lead and Popo following behind you. Someone merely got a two player TAS and got rid of Green Popo's Nana and Orange Nana's Popo and probably turned team settings on to negate friendly fire (this is possible to do with a debug menu so that it registers two/three players on a team without forcing the same color; think classic mode when you play giant characters 3v1).
