Dost udar neche likha hai that all share were applied and allotted. Pro-Rata is not their so it is assumed that Board of Directors have pass a resolution in which authority is increase via MoA and voting. hence people who took pro rata are wrong and people who did it with 300000 shares are right.

I think, those who solved with 3,00,000 shares should be given fair marks. Those who attended 2,00,000 shares should also be given fair marks , only if they mentioned that issued capital cannot be more than authorised capital . Baki jisne pro rata Kiya Hai they shouldn't be given any marks or deep checking. There's no reason for pro rata as the question didn't say that it's oversubscribed so yea .
