Sir mera costing mein exemption thaa Par is baar woh 2nd grp mein aa gya hai aur main abb sirf 1 st grp dene ka soch rha hu, toh kya yeh attempt bhi count hoga uss 3 attempt mein to claim exemption if I only apply for 1st group??

Mera grp 1 clear hai aur cost me 54 marks hai. And fm eco me bhi 64 marks hai But mere ko audit ka paper dena hai. To usme mujhe pass hone k liye kitne marks chahiye.??

How many exemptions I can avail in ca inter group 1. Can I avail exemption in two subjects in group 1. For eg if secured 60 marks in BOTH CORPORATE LAW AND INCOME TAX and failed in ADVANCED ACCOUNTING then can I get exemption in both papers or only one paper.

अगर exemption की 3 attempt के बाद carry forward करेगें तो ग्रुप मैं 150 में से 50 तो एक्सेंप्ट वाले और 2 सब्जेक्ट मैं 40 एंड 60 आया तो चलेगा????? या फिर compulsory 50 मार्क्स लेना पड़ेगा???

Now I am appearing in group 2 of intermediate of may 2024, in 😅which I have to appear in two papers as per icai rule, because costing paper I need not appear as I have already cleared group 1 in 2021. In such if I am able to secure 60+ marks in one paper but group remains to be cleared, whether exemptions in 60+ paper will be available or it will be denied as I have not appeared in all three papers of the group, by following rule of icai.
