Thinking of buying the icarsoft cr max ,do you know whether it covers all those make cars ,or they just blank plates you have to download if you require them ,when ever I’ve seen this model used on here ,there only doing Mercs, never try any other car makes

Should the obd plug be difficult to remove once you’ve finished with it . Have to give it a real hard pull to remove

Can be sometimes, if you are talking about removing it from the car obd, I suggest using a little bit of silicon spray, be careful not to get it on the pins though just spray it on the male cable plug outside

It won't clear my airbag light

If your light won't clear, you have a hardware fault and it will only go when you fix the cause. Try all your plugs and connections especially under seats
