I am glad that your scanner is working and hope you don't need their customer support, it is the worst customer service EVER. Have you tried contacting their ONE MAN Customer Support SHOW in the US? He lables his emails "Mr. Barnett", he respnds once and then stops, does not read the emails but spits out one email with general instructions. The SD Card on my Icarsoft MBII was corrupted, I spent a week sending emails to this Barnett character and no help whatsoever. I am throwing this piece of junk and getting something more reliable. Bad mistake buying this product.

Attention Important: The CR Pro can only operate vehicles that were built up to 2016/2017. For all newer vehicles you need the CR Pro + (until around 2021/22). No lifetime free updates... There haven't been any updates for this for a long time. Only for the system, but not for the vehicle files. Unfortunately, I fell for it too. If you want a more sustainable OBD scanner, you'll probably have to go for Launch, Autel or something similar. A pity.

I have the ICarsoft Multi-system Diagnostic Tool V2.0. I find that a lot of the functions do not work. I keep getting messages to indicate the unit isn’t connected, yet on some of the functions it reads them ok, so how can it indicate that the unit needs connecting. Are the units you talk about newer units?

I want to buy one diagnostic tool for my 3 cars, but i have big doughts about what the best scanner. This tool is recommend for MB212 hybrid from 2014? Im not an expertise, but if the OM651 with 7g tronic gearbox are in the general of the diesel MB cars this tool are or not indicated like the MB cars!? Doughts and more doughts. so BMS... I put an AGM battery on a Tiguan, and go in to set the BMS and change from an EFB to AGM, AGM isn't there, and it says Glass Fiber... is that normal?

I have a DDE error on my daschbord and this device cannot read this error and reset it. with a launch device there are 7 error messages that can be reset. 😵‍💫 I wanted to buy it, luckily I didn't.

I bought the CR PRO for calibrating the Injectors from my LR Freelander 1 (2005). There is basicly every single car on this very planet available in the menu of the PRO. EXEPT the LR freelander 1. i absolutly cant beleve this! Is there a possibility to update older cars like my 2005 Freelander?

Wonder if you can help. I got the CR Pro However when I do a smart scan it does the full test of all the systems but seems not to highlight if any of the systems have a fault. My previous scanner, an Autel, would scan and if anything failed it would highlight in red. The Icarsoft does not and I know I have 2 faults. Have I missed something?

All should know be careful of who you buy this from the one i got for my porsche came with only porsche loaded for the diagnostics. Very frustrating when you find out in the uk it has all vehicles loaded but in the states, paid the same price and its mostly useless except pulling codes which a 20 scanner cam do.

You need to reply to your emails!!! I've been sending email and your website form even tried the text that was on the website going beck to November 2023, asking questions before buying over and over and over again, only one reply asking for my vin number, i sent that, no reply's. God knows how it would be if one had a problem with a unit purchased from the company your promoting in these videos, very bad show. You've stated in some of your videos to ask specific questions before purchasing, i have had no response other than to ask vin number.
