Ctrl+Shift & L. click... add all stacks of clicked item to storage. Mounts also have (g) slots for carrying heavy items such as a wolf carcass. :D

not really. i think last time I played it, it was mission based. so basically you have a bunch of missions and for every mission you come back to the planets surface and have to farm shit again. IMO kinda slow progress like a mobiel game and I think they went hard to mtx within the game or so.
