@@bi0lation he did forget the seal, I've been restoring and fixing phones as a job for years now, mostly being iPhones. The seal is extremely important as dust easily enters into the device. Dust can cause several issues including overheating, and other issues. Not a good thing to forget. But many repair shops do in fact forget it.
