Fantastic rundown. I actually had similar troubles when trying to use an EWG hook with the original Katana Kraw. Friendly tip from someone who knows, a 3/0 Owner Rig N Hook fits the original Kraw perfectly. Keep up the good work! 👊

I love the Katana mold in general. I bought 5 molds of the original when it first came out. The problem as you know, if you sell plastics, people don't like dull baits. We all know that fish don't care, people do. So when Do-It came out with the single cavity CNC mold, I was going to buy it. When I saw the $160 price tag, I called Do-It to confirm the price. The price was obviously correct. Do-It use to make more production type molds. They have dipped their toes in the CNC world. They are not production friendly these days. I have since switched to aluminum CNC lead molds now for both lead and plastic. If you're not selling them, they are a great company to buy from. I like the freedom to use the hooks that I want. I wish Do-It would go back to the option to make production molds. CNC aluminum is costly.

I couldn’t agree more about the single cavity CNC mold. It would be a phenomenal option but I can’t bring myself to spend that much on a single cavity. The smaller katana craw has been my #1 jig trailer this past year

what temp did you shoot the craw?

I shoot this mold around 310-315 and haven’t had any issues yet
