Amazing, so spellhance is still better than the single target build? And is sp flask better aswell than endless rage? Do u have 26/26 expertise?

Spellhance and phys are very similar in dps for single target. Since this fight includes cleave, SP automatically outperforms physical. SP flask for spellhance. I have 108 expertise which translates to 22/27 (orc racial).

You can start casting a around 8-9 seconds before the fight starts but its all rng and it’s rare I’ll get all the procs.
