Cricket World Cup must be played in T20 format held every four years. And WTC cycle every two years, U19 and U21 World Cup must be played in ODI format only as ODI format is a perfect mixture of Test and T20. So, it will be easy to recruit players to test and T20 teams.. I want WTC should be of 8 series every two years and there must be 3 match series. 4 home and 4 away.

The ICC should allow players who have played first-class or List A cricket in their country to become eligible to play cricket for the national team of any country after they turn 34 or 35, and reside there for six months. In Test cricket, teams should be organized by innings. For example, in the first innings, these 7 players will bat, and for the other team, these 6 players will bowl. Then in the second innings, the 7 players will bat again, and the same 6 players will bowl. This way, more players will get a chance. The ICC should also provide an option for a wicketkeeper. The wicketkeeper should be a professional who performs only behind the stumps for the team, and when it is time to bat, a professional batsman should take the wicketkeeper’s place. ODI cricket should be limited to 35-40 overs. In One Day matches, the number of batsmen should be 7. Other teams should also provide a list of bowlers that includes 6 proper bowlers. The same rule should apply for the 2nd innings. This way, the concept of an all-rounder can be eliminated in One Day and T20 formats.
