ICC will move CT to India now, with Pakistan not in competition. All countries will get 1/3 of the promised revenue, and broadcasters will not pay the amount guaranteed to ICC. Pakistan will not get funding from ICC.

You wont get written letter from Government of India. Governments write to Government s . Govt of India informed to its own board orally. That is it. BCCI can just inform that its Govt is not permitting by mail. No reason is required. Dont u get it?
