ICC seeks arrest warrant against Israel's Netanyahu and three Hamas Leaders

The international Criminal Court prosecutor, Karim Khan, on May 20 sought arrest warrants for Israeli PM Benjamin Netanyahu, Defence Minister Yoav Gallant and three members of the Palestinian militant group Hamas- Yahya Sinwar, Muhammad Deif and Ismail Haniyeh. The arrest warrants are being sought on the grounds of crimes against humanity and war crimes.

The Attorney, Karim Ahmad Khan is a Pakistani Muslim. He called it the state of Palestine and it us not a state. His previous marriage to Yasmin Rehman Mona, daughter of the fourth caliph of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Community, demonstrate HE HAS strong religious ties and significant influence within this MUSLIM community. The personal context provided by his marriage and religious ties raises significant concerns for bias. He can't be trusted, his community currently has many "peaceful" Jihads ongoing. This is ABSOLUTELY the wrong person to be prosecuting this case. This community currently has several "peaceful" Jihads called by the caliph leader; Tehrik-e-Jadid: Launched in 1934, this scheme called for financial sacrifices and dedication to propagate Islam globally. The idea of a peaceful Jihad only designed to manipulate the non-believers. “Taqiyya appears in Sura 3:28:" “Let not the believers take the unbelievers for friends; and whoever does this, shall have nothing to do with Allâh in any matter; unless you do this to protect yourselves from the unbelievers. Thus Allâh cautions you to have reverence only for him. To Allâh is destiny.” [Translation.] Regarding 3:28, Ibn Kathir writes, “… believers who in some areas or times fear for their safety from the disbelievers… are allowed to show friendship to the disbelievers outwardly, but never inwardly.” Ibn Kafthir quotes Muhammad‘s companion, Abu Ad-Darda’, who said “we smile in the face of some people although our hearts curse them"

The International Criminal Court prosecutor Karim Khan is a Muslim and he is biased in his view of this war, ignoring altogether that Israel has a right to defend itself after the massacre perpetrated against Israel on October 7, 2023. The IDF does not willfully target unsuspecting civilians, although it does target Hamas militants where civilians may be held up. That is precisely why the IDF distributes flyers and leaflets from the air asking civilians to move away into other "safe-zones." Yes, civilians die in war, as they have in every war. Still, there can be no death in war without God's approbation. Israel is not a signatory to the ICC and, therefore, should view the ICC's actions against Israel as tantamount to enemy actions against the Jewish State

Im sure you know this : The UNGA created both the Nation of Israel and the nation of Palestine by Resolutions in 1947, the Arab -Israeli war broke out immidiately, militarily ISR won and started the illegal occupation of Palestine that contineus to this day. Palestine is a UNGA Reslotion recognaise sovereign state but it has never been admitted to the UNGA due to VETOS of USA and UK
