ICC war crimes prosecutors interviewed Gaza hospital staff: Report

Prosecutors from the International Criminal Court are reportedly interviewing staff from two hospitals in the Gaza Strip.
That's after the discovery of mass graves on the grounds of the two facilities.
Hundreds of bodies were recovered from three mass graves on the premises of the Nasser Hospital in Khan Younis this month.
The remains of dozens more people were exhumed at al-Shifa Hospital in Gaza City after an Israeli siege of the facility.
Both hospitals were left badly damaged and out of service after Israeli troops withdrew.
Al Jazeera’s Tareq Abu Azzoum has more details from Rafah in southern Gaza.
Geoffrey Nice is a human rights lawyer who led the prosecution of Slobodan Milosevic at the International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia. He explains what an ICC case may encompass.

As a Bosnian who survived the 1992 war and the genocide. Be aware that after the war, many horrors will come to light! We found year after year new mass graves as much as 85 so far, and 30 years later, the victims are still being identified and exhumed. It will take decades to unravel everything! Not to mention a whole nation and generations with trauma. I can only pray fo stranght for the Palastinian people because the fight doesn't just end when the war ends! The fight for justice in the ICJ court will takes decades!

Don't entertain those insane delusions. The International Criminal Court (ICC) does not have automatic jurisdiction over states that are not parties to the Rome Statute, which is the treaty that established the ICC. The ICC can only act if the UNSC refers a matter to it or if Israel makes an ad hoc declaration accepting their jurisdiction. Neither of those two exceptions is likely to hold!
