Pakistani govt has NOT agreed to do the proper security checks and india also does not have the facilities not cooperation from pk gov to do a proper vetting of visa applicants. So all fan visa were rejected. But at the same time, india has still given many hundreds of pakistani visa to meet relatives and for religious pilgrimage , and medical visas were NEVER stopped not will ever be stopped.
