Thank you for this. I've got my Exam tomorrow at 3pm. This really helped in my revision. I actually lost marks on the diagnostic for not answereing how to shutdown the PC. Being careless and complacent is what will lose me marks. Great help and I actually read all the questions. ☘☘☘

You can't install software from external source? min 6:28 I install my OS from an external usb drive. It is a wrong answer.

@@AhmedHussainElmubarak You are right. It is a tricky question with double negation one in the question one in the statement. Definitely not a question to test knowledge but to trick your mind.

How many mistakes are we allowed to make and still pass the exam? How many questions there are?

The exam consists of 36 questions and the passing score is 75%, so you have have a maximum of 9 mistakes.

I think it's theory couse on computer and device I got 50% on desktop ,icon,settings I got 43% and on Networks I got 62%
