Composing music doesn't require practice, it requires a gift. That gift is: Making chords and putting them together with other instruments at a tempo. Not everyone has good taste in music. Therefore, it doesn't require practice.

The boat and the geysers from ice age 2 is my favourite as well. Welcome to the ice age in ice age 3 was amazing and it sounded like the perfect way to end the trilogy. Edit: Manny to the Rescue, Rescues all Around and Into the sunset are also incredible.
