I discovered Ice Climbers through an NES emulator that I installed on my tablet, so I will give suggestions of games that I found on it that could be horror like: Duck Tales, Bubble Bobble, Bomberman, Battletoads... this last one is already difficult on the normal game, imagine creating a horror version of it, LuigiKid would give the biggest ragequit in history (just like anyone else).

That sounds stupid on paper but a Punch Out.exe has potential. It could be like regular punch out until you beat like Von Kaiser, but when you KO him, the game doesn't go on to next opponent, and instead his face starts bleeding out on the mat... You didn't knock him out you killed him. After that the game could go any direction.
