Sir today I Visited ur factory in Mundka and paid Rs 500 for Demo of 10L churner. But I m completely unsatisfied by the demo given to me. Output consistency was just like thick Milk shake not creamy texture. I asked for your contact no. But Couldn't get it.

Dear Sir, Churner cannot give completely frozen ice cream. It gives an intermediate product need to be Frozen in the process called hardening.

Sir as you told 4 ltr milk ( medium fat) 200 and sugar and other stuff 80 rs... As per your calculations only 2 kilo sugar is sufficient for 4 ltr milk and what about gelatin used in process to thicken the ice cream else it will melt very fast... And are you adding sacrin ( artificial sugar) to increase sweetness.... Regarding expenses what about post prices cooling charges ( power consumption, and all).. maintenance cost ( If compressor starts to leak or gas has to be replaced how much it will cost As i know to make a complete ice cream process it needs min 45 min to 1 hours as the churner should run for 40 min to get a good layer or cream texture...
