For those wanting to cut down on sugar/fat content: Use fresh frozen bananas instead of butter, or a thick yogurt of your choice. It will still give you that thickness to add the mixture in. Use coconut milk/almond milk to soak oats instead of cow milk Add honey/surup or healthy sweeteners instead of sugar

By the way, sugar is sugar wether is in the form of regular sugar or honey, same amount of calories. Honey has antioxidants and and has a bit mor evitamins but the difference is minimal. Despite the fact that honey is a little (just a little) better than sugar, honey is not vegan while sugar is and sugar won't ad extra water to the misture so less Ice crystals with sugar. Idk what people has against sugar to be honest, sugar is everywhere, fruits and all, no matter how you eat it wether in an apple or refined, is still going to be the same once it gets in your body. Just don't add too much.

I didn't know you can make ice cream from oats, but I have see the non dairy oat milk so I guess if you can make milk you can make ice cream! Looks delicious! I actually like almond and oat milk! I'm confused when your Ingredient list says: Milk 2 + 1 Cup! You're Soaking the Oats in 2-Cups, Straining and Add 1-Cup more while Cooking. Was the Extra Milk from a Dairy Source or another kind? Or a Cooled previous, Oat Milk? Why not Blend your Soaked Oats before Straining them to remove any Oats Pulp. This seems like Too Many Steps to me? More talking in your video would Help too.

Of course you can replace with coconut sugar. I used full fat milk, Without butter it will not come out perfect, but minimal amount of butter is good for our health, we only eat 2 or 3 scoop per person, so it's perfectly fine. No worries about butter dear ☺️😍
