I reduce full cream milk 50% add some milk powder to increase density, cool it and add dry fruit or fresh fruit in the milk and put into small container of 250 gms. and sell it. My problem is after putting into deep fridge it becomes hard like stone and takes about 2 hours to get loose. what is the process that my kulfi remain little soft in deep fridge.
