IMHO, I don't want the NBA to get involved with the BIG3. They might meddle and even get rid of things that make the BIG3 special and unique, like the 4-point shot and the Bring the Fire challenge. Most of the time, these bigger leagues and athletic associations only care about money and don't care nearly as much for creativity which they usually respond to with jealousy, resentment, and disdain. I think the BIG3 is already doing well enough as an independently owned basketball league, and so it should stay that way. Keep doing your thing, Cube!

Right now it's a old guy/semi pro league but if they pushed and got the right money involved it could be a "big league sport" almost might be more entertaining than the nba if you got guys in there prime

The BIG3 should supplant the NBA & incorporate classic full-court 5x5, incorporate a draft, players & sponsors would shift. Arenas are built. It needs to grow & can do it alone. The NBA is a parasite akin to its owners.

So the NBA can monopolize this whole basketball game. They're the only ones that can make rules the big three is different from the NBA NBA plays with five player so if the Big 3 players with 3 players is that a part of the NBA no it's not it's a totally different league and it should require different rules not the same rules as the NBA or else that makes the NBA a Monopoly, just like PSE&g like marvel and any other company that does not allow anyone else to profit from the same type of business that they've all started. The NBA does not own the concept of the game basketball so they should not be able to make all the rules. But would Ice Cube needs to do is start getting investors like sneaker company Juno sneaker companies that are going to respect people. Not treat them like they owners of a person if you will.

I would really love to see the NBA sponsor/partner with the BIG3. I feel like there would be a lot of advantages, few things I can think of: -current NBA players would be able to form teams and compete in this during the off season to stay in shape. They kinda do that with the Drew League. -we’d be able to see current NBA superstars still play after retirement from the NBA. BIG3 is more fitting for late-career or older players who still wanna hoop. -BiG3 can be used as a development league along with the G-League. -this can open up a lot more opportunities for up and coming players who are planning to play pro basketball -and finally, it’s a great way for the NBA to keep fans engaged during the off season. Summer league doesn’t last long

Do you know the NBA history 1940 the Harlem Globetrotters was a basketball League not just the Harlem Globetrotters it was a whole league Harlem Globetrotter the first league ever wish got slandered by the NBA when guys like Will Chamberlain start signing NBA paperwork some of those guys couldn't even read I heard so when will Chamberlain sign that contract the Harlem Globetrotters we're done league player wnt money or not paying in sold that black men out I think about this if everyone hold their ground and never sign with nba got way more money lot of i definitely believe ice cube nba been doin this before whats born too this day the NBA is the reason you don't hear about a lot of players because they wasn't the first league they wanting control and it got rid of the Harlem Globetrotters League and it was either you was going to sign with the NBA or not play basketball Harlem Globetrotters League destroyed by the NBA

I’m just going to say the NBA is completely trash. What ice cube is doing is so beyond politics. I wish there was 60 teams in the big three and it was on five days a week. The fans are better.
