@@Zach.Michaelson could be a silly question, but what is a basin? And like directly on top of the weeds or off to the side? That’s for the help man going out this weekend to film my first ice fishing video of the season

Basin is basically the deepest spot in the lake. Usually has the softest bottoms and has the most bug hatches. That’s why the crappies are there. I like fishing the edges of weeds.
