Have you heard or have any report on the ice conditions closer to east point marina and snake island?
@TFFOutdoors Жыл бұрын
I haven’t heard anything yet but I’d assume if there isn’t someone making a ice report out there this weekend then the following weekend with the super cold temps it should be good to go. Stay safe and tight lines.

@TFFOutdoors much love, be bringing the wife and kids when we go so making sure they're safe. I'll make a report when I do head over.

How many inches of ice is there
@TFFOutdoors Жыл бұрын
We were on about 6 inches of solid ice
@timhossack6837 Жыл бұрын
@TFFOutdoors where are you finding 6"...lake muskoka is 3" clear and 4" crap white ice
@TFFOutdoors Жыл бұрын
@timhossack6836 I’m not fishing the main lake. The bays on simcoe have around 8-10 inches of ice, 6” clear and 4” white ice. Hotbox huts on simcoe did an ice report for cooks bay for Feb 5th and they got 12” of ice under there huts but same deal lots of crap ice on top of the good ice.
@TFFOutdoors Жыл бұрын
@@timhossack6837that being said, I still probably won’t be back out on simcoe again this year with this warm weather. Terrible winter we’ve had.
