I love the fishing tips man, not pointing the rod at the hole is a great piece of advice I've never even considered. Dont think I've done it but watched plenty of people try and reel in pike with just the reel, and not using the rod at all to their advantage

I usually go up to Mirond lake in SK, but this year we're heading to Seperation in ON. I will be using some up there. So excited only a few months out. BIg Pike and Walleye are the targets. I also had a custom painted 6th sense glide to look like your orange perch. So pumped to beat my 42.5" pike PB. Keep up the great content. Tight lines.
