ICE FLOW TWO - Svalbard 2019 - MS Freya

ICE FLOW TWO is the second in an ongoing series of social media friendly videos I’m creating from an expedition to Svalbard in May 2019. These videos were my first time working with the GoPro and its attendant technology.
ICE FLOW TWO is focused on the ice of Svalbard itself-on its variances, its patterns, its magnitudes and fragilities. In this video my attention is on detailed portraiture of a topic we can’t let go of, because its rapid disappearance-faster than we can physically imagine, affects us all. ICE FLOW TWO is a short portrait of a vanishing landscape.
