WI? I may be wrong but in the regs it says open water only for december musky fishing. Im assuming that excludes ice fishing? Regardless, cool vid!

North of Hwy 10 is open water only. South of Hwy 10 doesnt say anything about fishing Muskies thru the ice

Minnesota season closes Dec 1st, so usually you cannot fish them through ice in Minnesota.

I get it. But tip up fishing isn't extremely revolutionary, and I have heard of guys doing this prior to it being featured on keyes outdoors. Sorry your honey hole has been tapped. But can't knock em for taking mike out. Most would if they had the chance.
