The full version of Ice - L with the fully completed rendition of L1 (though with L2 put in between both halves of L1) can be found in the album "Triumphant Return of Prismatic Music", which you can find here vgmdb.net/album/140889 This version was stitched together by me to reorder the parts based on the order Chapter L from Cytus suggests to follow
