This girl was providing FANTASTIC customer service when she thanked them for their patience and apologized for the long wait even though it had only been a couple of minutes.....and the customers literally said nothing in response. When she handed them the ice cream, they didn't say thank you or anything. Didn't say please when making requests. Didn't say you're welcome. Didn't acknowledge anything the employee was saying at all. Wow.

Every time I visit Las Vegas I go to IcePan inside of Harrah's Hotel. It is absolutely the BEST sorbet I have ever tasted. It's so fresh and creamy! I can't wait for my next trip. I encourage anyone to go...you will not be disappointed. I wish there were more franchises throughout the states.

You can see skim milk in the background at one point. Sskim has a lower fat content so it's less smooth and creamy and a bit more crumbly. Fat = flavor x creaminess for ice cream. And this is, technically, ice milk, not ice cream. ^ ^ still yummy looking.
