You know when you go to work and you act all peaceful with people who you'd probably want to kick in the face, right? Imagine that but towards the specific goal of entertaining. It's what 90% of celebrities teach themselves to do. Especially the "online influencers" branch of celebs. It's also a big factor playing in why a lot of celebs go mental and get into drugs etc. There's little time spent nourishing their true selves. Improving and keeping up their facade becomes borderline obsessive and eats away at them from the inside. Greek working on himself probably rocket launched his ass towards having to face all this, which is most likely why he is who he is now. As a long time viewer of Greek, I can see how alot of his experiences in and outside of streaming affected how he sees himself now. Not to take in to account of his upbringing but I guess the death of his father when he was maturing as a young adult affected him in more ways than one. This is all just pure speculation in the end and I'm not really a role model myself to judge Greek but situations could be worse. Greek (between 2013-2017) was extremely funny to compensate for his weight, then reckful convinced him to become healthier, he started streaming less, lost crazy weight and stayed positive and funny on other people's streams (reckful, pokimane), then covid came along and reckful passed away, then greek became like a red pill Andrew Tate toxic person.
