I’m an American citizen, born in Chicago. My purse was stolen in Dallas, all my identity and charge cards, money, everything. I filed a police report before going to the airport. I also requested by fax, a cc of my driver license to show at the airport with my return ticket. I was there 4 hours before I could fly home finally. I had to tell them my full address, how long I lived there, my gas company and the last amount I paid, my electric company, my car information, my insurance company, all my flight information, names of current credit card companies, name of my mortgage company, Over and over. The cc of my driver’s license was not accepted, even though it came from traceable state office. If they cando all this to a citizen, proving you are not a citizen, should be fairly easy.

And I couldn’t count how many people here have been waiting years for a court date on their legal process to actually be considered eligible to get a permit to stay for certain amount of time… others get here and 1 week later get their papers. Students, H1B holders and more people that actually do something for the country are at risk of getting deported just for a speeding ticket, it’s nonsense. If we are wanting to deport every criminal I can tell you now most of them will be Americans!
