You were showing great skill there.. The crashes were unfortunate. Before that business it was all you! I love this form of Speedway. There is virtually none of it in the States.

It was just not my weekend! Yeah this is mostly European sport, but I would think this could have potential in the States as well🤔

One thing when smooth ice, but after a couple of heats. Uneven and track covered with flakes. Remember watching when Svab became World champion in 1970.

Crazy stuff!!! What type/size of engines are you using?
@heikkihuusko10 ай бұрын
It is 4 stroke engine, 2 valves, air cooled and 500cc! It burns methanol🙂

@@heikkihuuskoAha, thanks. So a GM or Jawa/ESO, or some homegrown engine?
@heikkihuusko10 ай бұрын
Engines are mostly Jawa based. Some might use billet heads for example, but mostly based to Jawa 886.

Looks like the bikes are well conne ted to the surface and not sliding? Am i seeing it incorrectly?
@JA3bONE10 ай бұрын
I think they have spikes /studs in the tires.
@paulg49210 ай бұрын
@@JA3bONE the machines definitely have hardware attached to the tires. I was wondering if these ice speedway bikes mimic flatrack bikes? Such as sliding into a corner and powering out of a corner sideways?
@heikkihuusko10 ай бұрын
We have approximately 300 spikes per tyre set. Spikes are 28mm long so they provide incredible traction. Normally you have 100% grip without sliding at all. But when you lose the traction, then you usually fly 😁
