Sir thermal energy ko eletricity mein convert karne ka koi way hei kya for example instead of solar panel we use metal panel that get heats up in summer and we use that heat to convert into electricity or that wont work because entrpy doesn't allow it

Think about it my man . we know how to make electricity from heat ever power plant does that . its a matter of temp delta how hot is hot & how cold is cold or ambient . solar thermal power plants are old things we stopped using them due to poor efficiency & high maintenance cost. why are u using big words like "entrpy " in basic data set

@@AnupamVipul My metal shed on the rooftop gets insanely hot in the summer (you will literally burn your hands if you touch it for more than 20 seconds), and sometimes in the winter too. I was thinking that so much thermal energy is going to waste. The metal shed is pretty durable and relatively cheap, and it will heat up the same way even 20 years in the future. Solar panel efficiency drops in the summer heat and we don't need million dollar r&d on increasing metal heating efficiency By entropy, I mean that the energy conversion is so poor that it will be useless (and you explained it further) or metal will release more heat in air before you could extract it by some method So there is no future of it ZERO (this was my real question)

It's Like saying soldering iron is hot as it can reach 400°c but that is not the whole story even if the induction cooker only goes to 150°c because one only has 40watt & another is measured in kw . Same way in electricity you have to say what you cannot just say AIMS or voltage alone you need to know both of them only then you can truly know how much power we are talking about. Saying something gets hot does not mean anything if there is no load on it for example when we use coal in furnace we try to make it as hot as possible then we run water to convert into steam when we do so it starts to cool down the fire same will happen if you have a metal plate that is getting hot by the sun it will reach much higher temperature when there is no load on it the moment you put a load on it the temperature will drop. There is a reason why energy recovery is only done when you have hundreds of degree celsius temperature delta not 5°c or 10°c or 50°c

​@@Ghost-pb4ts your roof top don't get so hot measure the tem. It will not exceed 90c, it feels you so hot because metal is very good conductor of heat. So the temperature difference between atmosphere and your metal sheet is very low so it is very low grad energy if you somehow increase this temperature difference you can run any heat engine b/w this temperature difference and make electric (always keep in mind any engine in this world won't work heat engine work due to tem. Difference, jitna Jada aapka tem. Difference hoga utna Jada efficient aapka engine hoga)
