To gain 30m bounty fast, this is your best option. Now, PVP and bounty hunting are two different things; PVP means "player vs player" which is basically normal combat, but "bounty hunting" is hunting for bounty, and, in this case, the build I am using is the BEST for Bounty Hunting specifically.
