The Riesling is the more used grape, but they also can use Vidal Blanc, Chardonnay or Cabernet Blanc

I thought ice wine are made from white varieties of grape not from red varieties.

was cool up to the pretentious dbag at the end telling me you can taste the "hard work" in the wine. no you cant... you cant taste that. i appreciate the hard work, but you cant taste that... it tastes like fermented grapes dude.
