5:58 is actually a real crash On August 22nd, 1999, an MD-11 operating China Airlines flight 642 crashed while landing in stormy conditions. It landed hard on its right landing gear, the No.3 engine touched the runway, and the right wing separated Amazingly, out of 315 passengers and crew, there were only 3 fatalities

Believe it or not, 5:56 IS a real crash that happened on 22 August 1999 at Hong Kong international airport. It involved one MD-11 and crashed due to a severe tropical storm ('Sam') that was about 50 NM from the airport at the time. Amazingly only 3 people died in the incident. 2:30 This is actually Nigeria Airways Flight 2120, which is the deadliest DC-8 crash. On July 11, 1991, this DC-8 caught something on the runway and it's gear caught on fire. After they lifted the gear up, some time later, it caused a fire on board, and the pilots lost all hydraulics. People were choking for air, some even tried opening doors, it was chaotic. People were falling out, some were burning to death. They saw a runway, so they put the gear down and tried to land there, but they failed and crashed. 261 people died.
