You have no idea how much I needed this episode today…My brothers 3rd cancer diagnosis was found positive yesterday, and my friend also got diagnosed with lymphoma. My brother is 24, and this is his third time going through cancer since the age of 11, and my friend is barely 25. I cried a lot, and could barely leave my bed. I didn’t even notice that this episode had dropped 4 days ago and I started scanning around thinking I had lost my mind as if I’d already seen it, but I didn’t and when the realization hit me I smiled for the first time in a while. I say this through tears, thank you so much. Thank you for getting me into D&D, and thank you for sharing these stories with us, with your fans. I know that if I cry today, some of it will be of happiness.

I’m not a person to get much for myself, and after watching almost all of their campaigns and I fell in love with D&D, was around the time he was rediagnosed with a more aggressive form of his cancer that once reaching the lungs is almost always fatal…They dropped their plushies. It may sound dumb, but I did splurge and bit and get myself twig. Around this time too though, one of my dearest friends was going through a horrible point in his life and I saw him struggling. So I put what I had left into a chuckles for him. I had to split payments of course, haha; but I feel that a friends smile is worth a little extra more than you intended, you know? I just reached the point in the edge of midnight where Jericho talks more about what happened to him, and that longing for a friend. Well, my friend never really had anyone he could call a friend except for our little D&D group, and I know that Jericho wouldn’t have even hesitated to give his friends a smile. This group has brought me so much joy in my life, even if I’m just a fan. The stories, the friends, and the journey along the way. It’s fair to say that most fans relate to so many characters, but sometimes those little funny moments where they laugh more than role play gives me a smile after a long week of waiting for treatments for him, and well, life. Although small, it is very special to me. No one is perfect of course, and I sure as heck know that I’m not 😂 But smiles between friends is always contagious.

@@dawning_morning Thank you so much 🥲 The cancer has reached his lungs, even if it’s a little tinier than his first tumor. They caught it early, which is good, but it’s a very rare and brutal cancer that kills almost 85% of patients. Surviving it is also rare. I’m afraid that even if we go through more chemotherapy with him and he goes into remission…if it comes back a 4th time and it might move to his brain. Once that happens we basically need to plan ahead for a funeral. My mom is so distraught, and worried that she’ll lose him. Thank you for the support everyone in the comments. It means the world to me.

I think it was a ploy to get Skrimm to fake feelings for her so they can convince the princess they can't be separated because of love but Skrimm didn't bite. Skrimms to hard headed to fall in love, I think his character (while playing up the barnabos affair) does like daisy. But he is so freaked out by his curse he doesn’t want anyone to get close in case they get cursed, or have to be sad when he meets a horrific end.

@@sleepyproduction7166 totally agree, I think there's also a level of self loathing there. Skrimm is a nervous wreck and I don't think he totally believes he's worthy of love in that way. If him and Barnabos are cannon that's just them "fishing" it's not a real loving relationship whereas I think with Daisy it would be different. It feels like Skrimm is truing to keep purposefully distance from her compared to how close they got in Ogreton

I can't think of any spells that consume gold directly. All the spells I know of hand that consume material components require objects of a certain value meaning you have to buy expensive incense or gems meaning the gold is still in circulation
