+Ruchita Desai Hi, for that you need to "line" the pan with plastic wrap or thick aluminium foil leaving some extra on the sides, so that you can just pull it out once it is done...hope this helps :)

simply put sugar into a small grinder (chutney grinder would be perfect) and powder it and then measure it. Icing sugar and powdered sugar are not the same. hope this helps :)
