So nostalgic for me. I'm Mark from Savannah, but have been working and living in Southern Africa for what's getting to be a really long time now. Since Jan 1992, to War wrecked , but highly attractive Mozambique. in many many ways; humble and spirited people of Mozambique. We raise organic veg and herbs, and are all pretty keen cooks, experimenting with the vast amount of fresh seasonal foods available. also doing largely Mozambican dishes , or variations thereof. Love the broadcast. Been all over the region, but Maputo has been our base since I got here in 92. Would be so nice to provide you guys good organic items from here. Very interesting Africa hand planted organic food

You can also buy broken rice bits/rice grits in asian grocery stores. The Thai broken rice is a very nice long grain rice used to traditionally make rice porridge in Thailand.
