Thank you Howard for all that you did. Ibogaine has helped so many people with addiction issues. I believe ibogaine is at the forefront of addiction sciences and will eventually be as common for treating addiction as taking a tylenol is for a bad headache.

I have never had so much admiration and respect for an individual that I've never met. In a country obsessed with money and power one man overlooked all of the greed and made it his life-work to do the right thing and try to make it known to all rather than profit from it himself. You are the true definition of a HERO, Howard. I am so proud of you.

I think this is a breakthrough that holds promise for drug abusers such as myself.I have tried desperatly to get in touch with the gatekeepers of this drug and to solicit their services. It is apperant however that as long as I remain poor I will not be able to get this treatment which I believe will finally cure me of this addiction.

Man what a great tribute. Im glad he was recognized for his life's work while still alive. It really saddened me to see him in the final stage of his life. I didnt understand really what he was saying in the last interview until i watched a couple times. What a great man and what great work he did for us. RIP Howard. Cant wait to meet you in the next life.

Ibogaine is indeed mostly available for people with financial means... unfortunately... There are some exceptions and people working with 'sliding scale' (adapting the price to the financial possibilities of the client). Hopefully Ibogaine will become more accepted and integrated in social health care in the future... that is what ICEERS works towards. If you seek practical information on ibogaine, please visit iceers.org

Treatments for drug dependency go anywhere between 1000$ - 10.000$. There are also more ritualistic settings where the costs are around 500$, but they work with iboga root bark, over 2 nights in group setting. People seeking personal growth experiences might find a proper context in those settings, but keep in mind that detoxification should be a medically controlled process if possible, as the health risks increase if there is no screening (EKG, blood test, liver panel, etc) and monitoring.

I am inspired by Howard’s life and work. He deserves more recognition in the world of Psychedelic Academia. MAPS should be using its influential powers in Government to support Howards vision! MDMA for Cops and Veterans is all well and good, especially if you want to support the continuance of military invasions on poor countries and the maintenance of the USA War based economy, or we can support dismantling ALL systems of Holocaust, interrupt the “high school to Killer” training camps and really try to live in some semblance of peacefulness with one another! Unfortunately Rick Doblin & his Lost MAPS and friends don’t seem interested in such ideas, such an Azimuth doesn’t fit on his backward alienating MAP.

@Kellystarrr and BTW regardless of your own results, Howard spent his whole adult life fighting to give US (addicts) another option besides "12 Steps" and AA/NA and that whole stupid ass lifestyle of shame and anonymity. Howard is a real HERO. That's why you know his first and LAST name instead of a "Bill W." or "Dr. Bob" RESPECT THAT or go to NA and share about it...

I came across someone in vancouver canada, where i live, who provided me with ibogaine for my ex boyfriend and i got 6 capsules for him. he's 6 foot 1 and 230 pounds and he said to take them all at once which he did and about 10 hrs later he threw everything up, which is normal cuz its already in ur system. The cost was actually not bad, $750.00 dollars which considering he's been on heroin or methadone for over 12 yrs and has

I'm so sorry to bother you, but is there anyway you can tell me where did you find the Ibogaine source in Van? My loved one is addicted to Heroin and I have been researching Ibogaine for a certain amount of time. It seems like it can ease off someone's addiction more easily than other conventional methods. Thank you

With stories like this, it makes more sense to order it yourself and do a home administration with a sitter. Five thousand dollars? That's ridiculous.

tried everything with no luck. VERY VERY LITTLE WITHDRAWLS and he's been clean ever since. keep in mind if you really want it to work go to a naturapath doctor and ask for an iv of amino acid mixed with all the vitamins specially vitamin b's and vitamin c and that wil really really help the process because when ur on narcotics for so long ur body lacks amino acids

that is good news. I believe in the powers of Ibo but I guess my issue is that some providers arn't what they seem & its all about money. My addiction which was really nothing (but I don't want to downplay anything, even if it is otc tylenol do I want e a headache while tripping, hell no) but I was really there for the mind trip and 2 reach a deeper level of understanding & the tylenol kick would have been a bonus. I believe I at most got watered down something. Oh and I got lots of sleep aids

Howard was definately a pioneer, but sadly his last wish was the next generation of providers continue to do his work with care and compassion. I was at the Toronto Ibogaine center and sadly was "literally" taken for $5000.00. The provider a 5 x loser who sees each client with dollar signs. He guaranteed I would be satisfied and he ripped me off but he loves to talk about all he knows about drugs and his mindtrip..I want my own mindtrip for that money not getting knocked out with benzos & gravol

One way for you to help others, to save them the anguish you suffered is by putting bad actors like this “5X loser Doctor in Toronto” on blast. I don’t typically support putting any practitioners on blast. If you feel harmed and there are others who corroborate your information and experienced similar harms then its likely best he be stopped, or at least identified. This is a decision you have to make and not an easy one.

@Kellystarrr ok but... I COMPLETELY UNDERSTAND that there is no 100% money back garauntee that you will NEVER relapse, or NEVER have urges, or possibly not even have an easier time with PAWS. Did someone explain it to you as a magical CURE? Because that's not what I read about it. I would trust you but please explain what you're talking about. You could just be a spoiled addict that expects your way and are not willing to make any of the sacrifices in order to change your life that I WOULD.

And you are? Sorry, but I'd rather listen to people Like Dr Deborah Mash... who has had major success treating people and had to give up on the non-cooperative US authorities and seek trialling it in the Caribbean. She's convinced of its worth. Also, the one common denominator of ALL drugs is that some work for some people, while not for others. Saying it never worked for YOU or someone you know would be fine, but rubbishing this great man's life's work with that sweeping generalism is wrong.
