Amazing how far he’s come since the first installment of the trilogy.

He really went from sweating from the lightest threat and getting rescued by pure luck to being unfazed by the unlimited penality, up to the point he just replied with the best "challenge accepted" in the trilogy. That's part of why I don't like the fact he returned in DD, it undermines that ending.

​@@Sephiroth08150Bruh, how though? Phoenix's journey through the trilogy is him rising as a lawyer. Then, he gets demolished by accidentally using illegal evidence, and can't face himself. It's after Apollo restored his faith in the legal system that Phoenix can rise from the ashes (like his namesake) to be that badass who faced down Godot and walked away a winner.

Well I do love Edgeworth as a prosecutor, but I’m sure my opinion will change once I start playing Trials and Tribulations!

@@CloudtheCommander you should definitely play it. Even if you don't love Godot, the cases are some of the best in the series. And the music is also terrific, as you probably know ;)

@@CloudtheCommander Well, if you ever need a reminder of how great Edgeworth is, you should also try the Ace Attorney Investigation series. They're right there after the trilogy in terms of quality. But yeah, Godot is pretty amazing
