Who feels it knows, niah might be a victim but he was also provocating laughing after other people despair. Niah said the same thing when world dawg got shot that 'him nuh care bout no man and him nuh wah hear' now people cussing world dawg for not caring about his death. Shalam was a victim of niah mocking him when he almost lost his life and had to dive off on the sea to escape gunshot. Everyone was laughing. This is like rosealee and tj when tj call her 'whale begging whale', pull up at her house 2am to check her. You cant blame rosealee for not showing any pity.
