I left Florida to go to Iceland to study at The University of Iceland at 19 years old. Can you just imagine my astonishment at the totally differences of the two. Yet, I felt so instantly right at home there that I ended up staying for 13 years. The overwhelming pristine beauty of the its majestic landscape and wholesome, well-read and friendly residents are most alluring to say the least.
