Due to medication side effects I no longer had an appetite to the point where eating was like a chore to me. Watching your videos during every meal has helped motivate me to finish my food and I feel so accomplished when my plate is empty (leave no doubt) LOL Thank you so much Katina!

Thor's Torso? Katina is barely the size of one of Thor's legs (LOL) I've seen Thor is several food challenges and he seems like such a great sport. I love seeing the side-by-side challenges with Randy too - contrasting your strategies is fun to see. Listening to the banter (and support for each other) along the way is truly heart warming.
