I'm thoroughly impressed by your vids, dude. Your production is outstanding, and you clearly have a good understanding of pacing, and how to supplement information with video footage. Keep it up!

Beautiful, beautiful scenery! Amazing video! It must be quite cozy, albeit dark, in those houses I imagine.

These are so cool, thanks for the info! Did they have a proper structure inside for a chimney, or was there just a hole in the ceiling for the smoke to go out? Chimneys are so fascinating :D

Hmm, good question again! Not sure, really. I mean, the one from viking age has a "chimney" which is actually just a hole in the ceiling, but Idk if they updated in the later ones.

My wife, who is a linguist, tells me that you are from Poland. My guess was Dutch, but I trust her opinion more than mine. Is she right as usual?

She is doing a great job! I'm polish, indeed :) Did she know that by my name or the accent?
@VintageCarHistory2 жыл бұрын
@@APinchOfHistory She watched a few of your videos, and saw how your name was spelled. Apparently, only Poles put slashes through the 'L'. I personally didn't know that.

Oh, yes that's true. It makes then a "w" sound as in ''water''.
