I remember in the eigthies learning to slalom paddle down at Stone. When Richard Fox came on to practise. We'd all get off and watch a master at work. Now his daughter's replicate that process. Excellent.

She is an amazing athlete, but it is kind of ironic that her father actually made a very big training point to be able to paddle his kayak by using cross bow strokes like the best C1s and felt it made him a stronger K1 racer.
